The Gibraltar Padel Tennis Association was conceptualised in 2020 by a group of avid Padel enthusiast want to make the sport more vibrant in Gibraltar.
A lot of time and effort was applied to make this association a relality and in January 2022 the regulatory body approved the association membership and the GPTA was formed.
The association is comprised of 10 committee members:

To make padel more accessible to players of all ages.
We are looking to get schools to include padel as part of their P.E. curriculum.
To build proper facilities which can allow the sport to be played at all times, all weather and by all levels.
To be recognised internationally by the world padel organisation and allow local teams to play at international recognised competitions.
